Our objective at DirectM is complete client & customer satisfaction. We provide all our clients / members one full year to use the DIRECTM platform without any risk. In the event you are not satisfied with the DirectM product/platform or services provided, we will refund back 100% of your subscription fee per the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscription, and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
DirectM provides a “Fulfilment Guarantee” to each subscriber/member which allows each user the ability to receive a full refund of their subscription fees if they are not satisfied with the DirectM software or services after a period of one full year.
For Cancellations please contact DirectM support via support@directm.in and submit your request to cancel.
Requests must be received within ten (10) calendar days after/ to the end of the one-year duration from the date of signing to be eligible for a full refund. Any requests received more than ten days after the one-year duration will not qualify for the refund guarantee.
Refund Policy
We always try our best to provide the best product / service to our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our product / service we can provide a refund per the terms of our Cancellation Policy outlined above.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and to the same name or account that has been registered with DirectM at time of signing.
If paid by check or bank transfer (NEFT), refunds will be issued to customer via company check, and to the same name that has been registered with DirectM at time of signing.
