Information We Collect
When you sign up on DirectM, we might collect your name, email, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin code, country and IP address. We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you subscribe to DirectM. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to direct.in. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partners. If you use our website, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you're using. Information We Collect from REPs- If you create a REP account with us, whether as a landlord, agent, developer or subscriber we will ask you to provide certain information in order to set up your account. We ask all REPs to provide a name, a company (if available), a phone number, and an email address. If you create a paid REP account and become a subscriber, we require you to submit all of the information required from landlords and agents as well as a description of your campaign. We will also collect financial data like credit card information and billing addresses from subscribers, so that we can handle billing. If you are a subscriber, a Housing.com representative may call you to verify your information. We collect information from you passively- We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our website. We collect Transaction Information when you use our Site. For example, we may track the listings you view and the comments you make to our social media pages or accounts. We use cookies and related technologies to collect information about your computer and your interaction with the Site and our business partner websites. If you use a social media platform or your mobile device (or other method of communication) to interact with DirectM or the Sites, the application may have a specific privacy statement that governs the use of Personal Information related to that application.
